Recruitment information, such as skills, experience, qualifications and references, other information such as: criminal conviction data, start dates, PPSN, emergency contact information and payroll information.

Performance details, disciplinary records, feedback, absence, and leave information.
Photographs, and/or ID as needed to identify you.
We may also collect other information which you choose to provide us during employment.

We know that you care about how your information is used, stored, and shared. We at Monroe Recruitment Ltd take appropriate measures that comply with Irish Law. Our IT systems meet international standards of security, while physical file storage is subject to safeguards, such as secure premises and filing systems, up to and individually password-protected and encrypted files.
